1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. – 1 tsp. each of tumeric, paprika, cumin, coriander
1 – 2 Tbsp. curry powder

1 c. each light coconut milk and spaghetti sauce
1 c. peas (frozen is fine)
Brown ground beef, onions, garlic. Add spices, coconut milk, spaghetti sauce and peas. Cook 10 minutes until peas are cooked and all is heated thru. Serve w/ Rice. Makes about 4 servings.
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
